Acting on behalf of an EPC contractor and its parent company on a project for the provision of a process plant under a modified IChemE Red Book contract. Issues included advising on UK and EU health and safety issues relating to alleged odorous emissions and successfully obtaining an injunction to restrain a call on a demand bond.

Our client, a global financial services firm, sought help when progress to upgrade work to a Data Centre being carried out by its contractor fell behind schedule and then further hit by a fatal accident.
